Kind center offers 27 camps for childrens this summer: Reptile Roundup, Fossil Searchers, Creek Week...

Kids, sun-ray, butterflies, camp songs… and bees. It's back to camp next week in the Cincinnati Nature Center. At Rowe Woods in Milford and Very Branch Farm in Goshen, you will find youngsters wrangling snakes, setting aside to a creek for an adventurous backpack, learning survival skills, or starting out forts in the woods.

The essence in CincyNature Camps is to safely bury children in nature, while to provide fun ways for kids to previously challenge their minds and bodies on top of that use their creativity and inspiration in a natural setting. Playing on top of that learning in nature promotes a long time respect and love of it. Camp are extremely popular and fill up for a few minutes. Right now there are waiting lists for all 35 camps.

Reptile Roundup is one of the beloved sessions and gives kids ages 12 – 15 an incredible opportunity to watch turtles, snakes, frogs and a large assortment of other critters. They are studied close up and later reported on.

"This is focused on as hands-on nature as you can locate, " says Bill Creasey, the character Center's Chief Naturalist.
